a few days later, I date a guy similar to him. He dumps me like a week later, after that, I have another dream.

The dream means that the first kiss (another metaphor for relationship) makes the guy vanish (scared, excited, frightened, confused, whatnot).
The fog in the second dream pertains to your state of mind (lost in the fog, bogged down, stranded) so that when he comes up and tickles you (suprise reaction, playful, needing contact) and tries to restart the relationship, when you kiss this time, you vanish, meaning you are the one who breaks it up.

I think you are reading too much into the whole thing just because your want a boyfriend and you are hoping your dreams are telling you one is on the way. Focus on meeting someone without letting dreams guide you. It may be the wrong direction.
