Hmm...I don't think you can work for the CIA unless you are a citizen and have the proper training (i.e. military/university/etc). You could always contact the CIA and ask them.

Yes. Osama was trained by our government to work for the C.I.A... You need to get a degree in foreign affairs and learn many languages. Plus get an electronic engineering degree.
