yes, it's perfectly normal.
As long as you don't soak a pad or a tampon every hour or start having fever or passing out, you're good.
If you have cramps or don't feel comfortable, some medications can help you (there are a ton of OTC meds that work fine, like Midol and Alleve). However, there's no way to completely avoid clots and cramps. It's part of being a woman- it sucks, but you get used to it.

Perfectly normal, especially if your period is heavy. The second day is generally the worst for most women. Your body is shedding the lining of the uterus, and it does involve some solids that have adhered to the uterine walls.
If they ever become very large clots, say fist sized, call your Ob/Gyn immediately for advice. Otherwise, don't worry about it, it's normal and you'll be fine in a few days. :)
Happy Holidays!

totally normal. most women have the most clots at night. this is beacause the blood cant always flow out as much when you are lying down compared to when you are standing up. the blood just hardens a little and its a clot!

It is normal, particularly on the first or second day and particularly with heavy periods. And you don't need to apologize, it isn't disgusting.
