I just recently purchased 4 of the Go Phones from Cingular Wireless. I have had them for 2 days and ever since I never get connection anywhere on any of the phones. We'll get it outside but then when we come in the house we'll get it for about an hour and then it will go away.. I called Cingular and they said they will make a case.. ? What does that mean? They told me they will for sure fix the problem.. how will they fix it? I heard they will just give me a new phone.. Im just curious if its better to go with another company or wait for them to call me.. do you know if it will work, my phones that is?

I agree Cingular Customer Service is horrible. I had the same problems with signal coverage in my area. About 80 to 90 percent of my calls are drop. I too have billing issues with Cingular and often have to call them and explain to me why I am being charge a higher monthly fee every month for services that I didn't know about or shouldn't be on the bill.

A case is basically when they send the problem you have to technical support and try to see what the problem is and usually they give you a reference number. I recommend going to another company instead of waiting for a follow up from Cingular Customer Service Dept which they rarely even do.

Cingular's customer service sucks. You should go with another company. I have to deal with Cingular's customer service every month because they make stupid billing mistakes (like charging me international roaming fees for making a call to my boyfriend in NC when I was on a business trip to Virginia).
