Paradise Valley is called that for a reason. It's the nice part of Arizona.

Its one of the wealthiest parts of the valley, considered more upscale that even Scottsdale. Most crime in the valley happens about 60 miles away in either south chandler, or west buckeye. People are really snobby there.. thats the beverly hills of the Phoenix metro area.

"PV" is a really nice part of the valley - it is similar to Scottsdale. There are a ton of custom homes over there and, as most places with money, is considered to be a relatively safe area to live in. Any violent crimes would be shocking there. You will mostly have property crime (thieves wanting to take your expensive goods), white collar crime, and of course the famous arsonists from a few years ago that kept setting fire to the huge custom homes being built.

It does have a reputation for being a pretty clean part of town however no one place is completely safe. PV may be the Beverly Hills of Phoenix but even Beverly Hills has it's share of crime and domestic problems like everyone else.

pardise valley is where all the rich people live...the people who are even too rich to live in snotsdale...i mean scottsdale :P
