How is you relationship with your sister? If it is a good one you should talk to her and tell her what you found out and why you investigated him. Was he looking at you in a inappropriate manner? Did he say something to you which was inappropriate?
You need to be careful how you approch the subject however as you could hurt your relationship with your sister. Felony drug possision could just mean he had Majuarana on his person. But the Sexual assualt issue is concerning. Talk to sis she may not know and should be told just do so carefully.
You may need to tell dad to protect her and youself from him however talk to her first.
Peace.

If you are living at home with your parents still and your sister is bringing him there, then your parents have every right to know what you know about her boyfriend. It's their house and their decision about who they allow into it. Tell your parents what you found out and how you found out about it, then let them make the decision about what to do concerning the matter.

Tell her, she has a right to know and it is your duty, as a sister, to warn her about his past. She may not want to believe you, so show her the website. You can also contact the local authorities if he is on their wanted list.

Tell your sister. Tell your parents. Explain what you've found out and noticed. It's probably not the easiest thing to do, but it would be best.

You first priority should be protecting your sister. So tell her all the info you have. Then if she wants to stay with him, at least you have grounds for refusing to let him be around.

Ask her if she knows about his past, and if not tell her, and tell her that you are not comfortable with him in your house at this time, she will probably be mad but I think in the end she should respect the wishes of her family.

wow!
You don't think she should be dating him do you--ESP after you found out all this sh!t about him---So here's what you do. You tell her what you found. Say "this is for your information, but I dont think he really needs to be around the family for Christmastime, do you?" and if she says "are you gonna tell dad?" Say "It all depends on what decision YOU make regarding your future with him".
Look--she is gonna have a tough row to hoe with him--plus he's probably still wanted SOMEWHERE for something no matter WHAT crap he tells her---that is, ASSUMING she doesnt know--what if she does and she thinks he's changed and she's "in love"???
See what she says, and then tell your dad. Your family doesnt need a rapist in the house.

Tell your sister what you found and let her make a choice. In all honesty, it is her decision who she dates, and your parents or your being upset about it wont change it.
