the only reason rock and ston cold turned down the wwe is because the wwe is not about wrestling anymore,it is way to hollywood.why would they go back,so wwe can push some no talent pucks like batista and cena over them.

Cena and Batista are in no way even close to being the best. But they are not no talent losers. Batista is pretty bad, but what about Cena? Give me one reason why Cena is a no talent loser!
The Rock was great, but he was not the best. The real reason Stone Cold and Rock wont come back full time is because Stone Cold's body is ****** up from a piledriver from Owen Hart and The Rock is a sellout and is going for bigger bucks in the movie buissness. He turned his back on WWE. Notice how Cena made a movie and didn't leave WWE to be a movie star. He is a loyal superstar to the WWE.

Quite simply, Wrestling fans have incredibly short attentions spans, and even worse memories. I remember thinking Hogan was the best there would ever be. Now granted, he's an excellent showman, but come on, "Hulk up, 2 right hands, irish whip, big boot, leg drop, pin" was all he ever did.
Austin was the next craze after Hulkamania, and "Mud hole stomp, middle finger elbow, lou thesz press, punch-kick-Stunner" was all he had to offer. Now the sad part here is that Austin could go. He could grapple with the likes of Benoit and Hart, but Punch kick stunner was what Vince wanted, because it sold shirts. WHAT? I said it sold shirts.
There was a time when everyone said Brock Lesnar ruled. Where is he now?
The business became less about the craft, and more about the merchandise. People throw out "He's the best" because that's who's making the company money, and therefore they get pushed. Cena? Terrible. Batista? Worse. But they both have charisma, and are entertaining when they hit their spots, even if they're the same ones we saw the week before, or the month before, or even the year before.
Bottom line, wrestling fans fade in and out with the business as the business changes for it's fans. As a mark, I feel your pain.

Rock and Stone Cold are TRUE greats of the WWE francise. They HAD great talent in the ring. They both have refused recent WWE offers to wrestle because they are too old. Just because you dislike Cena and Batista, doesn't mean you should diss there obvious talents. If they didn't have talent, they wouldn't be in the WWE. They are also both at the peak of the buisness, both top champions in there roster. They may not be the best EVER, but they are sure damn trying to be. I bet there will be a similar arguement to this in a couple of years when the 'greats' of the WWE generation are compared to 'potential greats' of the WWE future

id say in a few years with a good reputation they could be known out side the wwe with john cena in a movie and batista on smallville. if they keep going with wrestling and put a little bit more in to doing some more movies they could be!
