Cold = Virus and it get worse before it gets better, yes you can take a shower when you have a cold, but prevent chill meaning close the bathroom door until you are completely dry and dressed. Normal cold time is 7 to 14 days. You can take over the counter cold medicine that won't make you sleep and it will keep you from feeling bogged down by the cold. Feel better soon.

no its not bad at all if you have a hot shower really hot that can result in you making yourself have a fever . a fever is often how the body kills the bug . you just go for it long hot shower really hot .

Taking a bath will make you feel better. Take a hot bath and drink a cinnamon tea with lemon sweeten with honey and two aspirins. Have someone take the tea to your bed, if you can. Stay in bed and You will feel better tomorrow.

No, it's actually a good thing. You are removing bacteria from your skin. Change your sheets before you go to bed, and try to keep the room temp constant.
