I have no idea. Check online to see what the legal age is. Ask someone in Texas at a real estate agency or something.

You'd better have a damn good job and plenty of money. It costs money to live on your own, even with a roommate.

Evaluate why you want to move out. Is it the standard growing pains or is there a real problem? If it's just about house rules, guess what.. handle it. Until you pay the bills, show respect, act like an adult if you want to be treated like one, and learn how to communicate.

Yes, but you will become an "emancipated" teen and will be expected to be responsible for your life. That includes paying your bills yourself...the rent, heat, water, sewer, garbage, telephone, cellphone, cable television, internet. You will be required to get your OWN health insurance and pay for it yourself, if you have a car YOU will be expected to make the payments on it even if your parents purchased it for you. You will also be responsible for car insurance, as well as any and all repairs on the vehicle. Also YOU will be responsible for paying for your education if you decide to go to college. Keep in mind that federal law prohibits hiring "youths" under the age of 18 for fulltime work so you'll only be able to work part time and those jobs don't really measure up when it comes to pay ALL the bills, that is unless you get two or three part time jobs...but they usually pay minimum wage. But go ahead and move out...I suggest you also get the addressess of homeless shelters in your area, you'll probably need to use them not long after you move out.

It's usually 17 1/2 but why do you want to do it. I mean if things are ok there you just want to have your fun then don't do it been there done that and it ruined my life for a long time. If things are really bad like abuse, drinking and or drugs please find somewhere safe to live. Good luck to you.

Yes. By the time all the dust settles in court, you will be 18 anyway. Go for it. It trully is the best thing for you. You will learn so much, and it sounds like you have already quit listening to your parents anyway. Just do it!
