because in the beginning of the video the girl asks her b/f what he sees in the future, and he said "you" then he asked her "what do you see" and she left the car
so she was answering his question

I saw you i saw you. she is talking about when she asked him what he saw in his future and he answered you then she ran away she is talling him that she saw him in her future too.
