There's no such thing as telekinesis. And I think you've mistaken physics for psychics.

Quite simple. Attach electrodes to your scalp in the correct areas ( I don't know exactly where this might be, but I do know that the motor cortex runs in a strip from ear to ear, over the top of the brain). Amplify these signals and use them to control other circuits.

A far more effective approach is to have an electrode array implanted upon your motor cortex. Much better signal-to-noise ratio, and the possibility of being able to controls dozens, perhaps hundreds of devices simultaneously, just by thinking about moving various parts of you anatomy.

This is not at all science fiction. My last job involved this technology, and I personally developed a patented magnetically-coupled battery charging circuit for such implanted devices.
