Im going to the Indian for Christmas dinner with my boyfriends family who go every year, not having the traditional dinner - I wont eat my veg! having a chicken tikka masala! think im more excited about that than the whole christmas thing! No point in cooking all Christmas day eh!

We always have a turkey dinner with all the trimmings on the weekend "BEFORE" Christmas. On Christmas day we just relax and everyone feasts on the leftovers from this dinner when they get hungry. We just rest and enjoy each others company on Christmas day. This is what my parents always did when I was a kid and we continue this Christmas tradition every year!

Turkey, Ham. dressing, home made mash potatoes, olives, apple sauce, cranberries, biscuits, gravy, and pie for desert..Sweet potatoes, green bean casserole

We all decided on Gumbo, potatoe salad,rice,and chocolate cream pie.That way they can eat,play booray,eat, sleep and play booray again.I just love family time...Merry Christmas........
