It's impossible to tell being that the encounters were only a day apart. I wonder if your boyfriend and you were using protection for those 5 years? If not, then I suspect that he might have some type of fertility issue... and that might make it more likely that the other man fathered the baby. It's hard to say though. A DNA test would really be the only way to safely determine, with certainty, who the father is.

It could easily be wither of them because the pull out method is not 100% and I have known people who have gotten pregnant that way.Really the only way you will be able to know for sure is after the baby is born have a paternity test done-but that would require your boyfriend to know you had sex with another guy.If you and your boyfriend are serious I would not say anything about your 1 night stand and just let him raise the baby as his own-and hopefully it is!

Call Maury now and get on the waiting list for his next "Who's my baby daddy" show.
And in the mean time learn a little bit about sex ed. Not only does pregnancy come from unprotected sex (which is what you had with the other guy). "Pulling out" does not protect you from STDs.
Just because you and your boyfriend never got pregnant over the course of 5 years doesn't mean anything.
Does your boyfriend know that the baby may not be his?

Estimated date of conception: Monday, April 3, 2006
End of 1st trimester (12 weeks): Monday, June 12, 2006
End of 2nd trimester (27 weeks): Monday, September 25, 2006
Estimated Due Date: December 25, 2006
I don't know if this helps or not but this is all i could think of. It could be either guy.Just because you didn't get pregnant within 5 years with your boyfriend does not mean it is not his. Maybe you just done it on the right day with him. The only way to know who the baby belongs to is A)If the baby looks like one of them or B)DNA test

So let me get this straight,
You slept with a total stranger without protection. You should just be lucky that you didn't contract a horrible std. Also, you should thank your lucky stars your boyfriend took you back after such a stupid move. If you have not told him he might not be the father, you better tell him now. He will never forgive you if you let him think this child is his when it isn't. And the baby deserves to know too. Get a test and in the future, don't be so stupid.

Considering that the sex was within 24 hours of eachother, it is hard to say.
Do you know about when you in a cycle ovulate? That would be key here.
You will probably have to get a DNA test to know.
Good Luck!

I am sorry that you will get the answers that you will get just for posting this question. I wish that the answer to your question was easy but because the dates of intercourse are so close, there is no way to tell unless you have a paternity test. I hate that you are in this situation regardless of the reason for it. I will pray for the paternity to be as you wish, please return the favor. Good luck, Godbless, and congrats on your new baby in the next few days.

Man... that's a mess right there. I understand how after you break up you slept with another man. But without a condom? You're 39, remember? You should have known better. Now that I've scolded you, I hope you told them BOTH. You need to if you haven't already. Get a DNA test. That's your only hope.

Well do you know the days that you had sex with each...like how many days after your period?
You ovulate between the 10-14 day after the FIRSt day of your period.
It is hard to say because sperm can live up there for a week. So with both sperms up there while the egg came down it really is a fifty fifty chance.

The only way to know is have a DNA test done. Sex with two men in essentially 24 hours - there is no way to know.
