i wanna make anime fandubs, could someone tell me what i need to make one and how to make one?

i think you just need a program like virtual dub to rerecord the subtitles and the video raw. I would try going to http://www.afterdawn.com and see if there are any tutorials there . i'm sure there are

well..iono for the fandubs i think there's somethign you can do to make subtitles..if that's what you want that.
