I'm 14 and I woke up this morning suddenly with really bad back pain. I haven't done anything different at all lately from what I normally do, but it really hurts. I am a little sick, but the back pain is kinda bad. What is it and what should I do?

Lay in bed with heating pad and take two motrin. Lay flat on your back with pillows under your knees. May also be time to check with your female guardian.

The back pain could be caused by a number of different things. Have your mom take you to the doctor. Hope you feel better soon.

tell your parents and go to the dr. Make sure you are not dehydrated and don't have a kidney infection! Good luck.
