What a retarded question... Of course a PS3 can play Xbox and Xbox360 games!! Don't you know PS3 can play everything??? Why do you think they charge so much for a PS3 console? Did you think it was simply for the graphics and the blue ray player?? No, it was because they also let you play Xbox and Xbox 360 games! Duh.

No it cannot. The different consoles have security devices built into their gaming discs that does not allow this to work.
