It is self explanatory. No the PSP does not have a keyboard. The company logic 3 was going to make a PSP key board but they never actually put it into production. Typing on the PSP is very similar to texting on a phone. The internet browser is under the network tab in the main menu. If you are one of the people who never updates your firmware you need to have at least firmware 2.00 to browse internet. Once you open the browser everything is self explanitory. You just need to play with it for a few minutes to familiarize yourself. Anotherthing, PSP web browsing is very slow. It takes a long time to load some pages.

You also need to have a wirless router or an availiable wireless network.
