You shouldn't tell you wife or act on it..PLEASE keep it a private fantasy because it could possibly ruin your marriage and their relationship. Even if you and your wife were divorced one day God forbid it's just not right. Your wife at the very least deserves your respect if you love her or not. It's normal to have fantasies about anybody but when it's could break someone's heart your fantasies are best kept to yourself and forgotten.
BUT if you've learned from your past experiences that you are the type of person to act on fantasies your wife deserves to know the truth before you take action. You must be prepared to deal with the consequences.

What is the point in telling your wife that you like her sister? If you have no intention of leaving your wife, then don't tell her you like anyone else...

Don't hurt your wife like that. This happened to me and I can't even tell you how much that it hurt me. What hurt most of all is that my sister went for it. I would never, ever go with a brother-in law. They are like my brother. Never cross that line.
