Are 12,13, and 14 year olds young enough to sit on their counselor's lap whom are 18-22?
A lot of girls still do that

Sit on counselors lap sounds like your a bit of a perv. I sit on my dads lap and im 17 but i won't sit on a counselors lap never have never will. I think the school and the parents need to know about you. I don't think they would want their daughters or sons sitting on your lap.

I'm not sure if the country / culture of origin has any bearing on this. In the US, I'm only aware of 4 types of Counselers: the ones who work through mental issues with you, the ones who are lawyers, the ones at school who help you with career guidance, and the ones at summer camps who plan your activities.

I suspect it's not the lawyer. Mental health professional would need his credentials checked and revoked. School counseler is probably not what they're talking about - they tend to be 22 and up.

Camp couselers I suspect are what is being asked about. Young teen girls get crushes and act on them. Young men usually think it's funny and may flirt back a bit. Usually that's the end of it. Sometimes it goes too far. The young men are really not that much older than the girls and may tell themselves it's ok. Or they may simply be perverts. Either way, girls should be cautioned about that behavior. Guys should gently push the girl away.

I would say that anyone older than 10 or 11 is too old to sit on just about anyones lap unless its a friend or something, I would say it is not young enough, too old

i'm 14 almost 15 and sitting on a counselor's lap is wrong but sitting on like firends laps I think is ok
I am always sitting on my guy friends laps

I asked my 12 year old this and thought she meant absolutely too old but she says no it's just absolutely too WIERD. As Mom of a 12 year old have to say definately too old and any counselor who felt the need to have MY 12 year old in their lap would quickly find themselves out of work and under investigation.

No that is weird!!!!! I am girl who 12 and i am small and sometime sit on my mother or father lap but not someone like counselor i think that is weird and not right!

Umm, I would have to say no. I have an eleven year old daughter and I would have a FIT if I knew her counselor had her sit on his lap. Not appropriate at all.

umm i dont think anyone should be sitting on anyones lap at that age at least you really know them.. I sit on my friends laps but they're usually girls or on my bf's lap but that's a whole different thing.. I think the couselor is is pervert man or woman.. it dznt matter...
