You can get your DVD player to be able to make it a multizone player ,which means iy can play all regions of DVDS ,you just ring the company that the model is & they will give you the code or tell you where to take it to be done as i did mine,hope this helps,Jason Davis.

DVD players ca not play the blu ray disc movie. Keep in mind that the DVD was produced prior to the blu ray was even on paper. You can however play a DVD on a blu ray disc player. Most manufacturer have stopped producing stan alone dvd players. Hope this will help you out.

blu-ray disks ONLY work on blu-ray players. If your drive is only a DVD drive and not a BLU-RAY drive, then it wont work. Return it for your money back =]
