Hello,

**The short answer here is that its quite likely the you've lost your settings within the windows registry database (the registry is at the core of windows) and so the smooth communications has been lost as a result. Between phone & computer.

**You could try un-installing the phone related software,& once removed reboot the machine this is important. After that re-install the phone related software as if it was completely new, then try reconnecting with your phone. That might work but I cannot offer any guarentees though. Why? it may or may not fix the damaged or missing registry settings but its definately worth your time to try in my opinion.

Good Luck!! IR
