It might be OK to mention in conversation that you've always wanted a nickname.. someone will give you one then... but... be careful what you wish for! You may not like it!

Someone will make it up by your personality or sumthin u r known 4. Or intials or middle name.

real cool nicknames come from others in a spontaneous fashion. don't force this. I know people who reinvent themselves by giving themselves new nicknames and claim that they did emerge elsewhere........They are real *******

you cannot nickname youself it comes from others.
