lower back pain is a sign of labour, your upper back is sore probably because the baby is pulling your back forward from the weight, i would just lay down flat alot on my back and that would help me. If you get low backpaint hat could be the onset of labour. Goodluck hope you have the baby soon.

Sounds like pain from being pregnant. The force of a 6-8 pound baby and all the fluids pulling away from your spine makes you lean back farther, usually you bend right at the bra strap, and that pulls the muscles and make you ache and tense.

The thrush should be looked at, or atleast tell your doctor you have it.

Those could be contractions if the pains persist after the bra has been removed and you drank plenty of water then maybe you should start timing them and see how far apart the pains are hope everything is okay but if all else fails call the hospital better safe than sorry

Thrush should be looked at, it is very treatable, but doc should know, may have to swab birth canal for signs of same bacteria, it is the same bacteria that causes yeast infections that causes thrush, and this can be harmful in a vaginal delivery if not treated.

Wear a heavy sweater and put weights in it near your lower back.

You should be delivered within the next week.

Call your doctor about these health problems.

Congrats on your new Baby.
