That KINDA happened to me back when i was 15, when i started havin sex later that year, it improved - not sure if there was a connection though. Maybe its a latent form of premature ejaculation in the sense that there is less control on the muscles aroung the vas-deferens? Well, who knows - maybe if u practice more long-term (ie-lasting more than 20 mins at least) masturbation or sex, it might help!

I don't have this problem but I do know a friend who has told me about having it.
He has just learned to live with it. But I would suggest that you wear what they call Men's Shields they are for inconstancy, and are a narrow shield with adhesive backing that you wear inside briefs and they absorb urine and in your case the pre..... They are sold in drug stores. Or you could wear a condom, but this is not a good idea.
