It's instrumental, sounds like it should be on a Rocky soundtrack but I don't think it is. Lots of synthesizers, strong drum line, in the vein of "War" from Rocky IV (the song playing during the fight montage).

Vast request. One song like that is called "Children" by John Tesh, atleast I think he wrote and performed it. He is the one who is famous for many of the sports theme songs.
