Yes matter of fact the Jetta can run on SVO, which is a new oil, unlike the diesels they run on biodiesel.

if it has a diesel, technically yes, though straight veg oil will tend to gum up the fuel injection system.for more info check out this months diesel power at your newstand,theres an article in there now regarding it

No. It would need to be refined, and the car would have to be modified to run on it. I think it's called E85? Some manufactures have this all ready.

normal car dont run on vegitable oil. only the car with diesel run on it .
