no. Bipolar is a mental disorder where the person goes through phases of depression and hyper-activity. I doubt visiting both poles of the earth will trigger a mental disorder. Hey, that's just me

No matter how many times you go from one place to another(one pole to another)...bipolar in fact is a person who has his/her behaviour changed from one moment to another without a certain reason Ex: a person become to cry from nothing and without a reason for the crying.
