The adjective in Spanish is supposed to come first.
Translated literally it means View good but is supposed to mean Good view, I think.

First, it's NOT a spanish production company! It's an American production company that's been around many, many successful years. Therefore, it's spelled correctly. Should America change the way we spell everything else to suit you nice Spanish peeps? No. I think not. ;-)

In Spanish, the adjective bueno(a) **can** come before the noun it modifies. Not always, but sometimes.
It's also entirely possible that whoever named the town wasn't aware of the "noun before adjective" rule of Spanish grammar.
