i just did a stupid thing in my life ............i stupidly went ahead and gave christmas gifts to my boss & collegeues i work with & nobody gave anybody anything else. i am a more introvert person and manage to do well with some of them. i took a brave effort and went ahead and spoke with all 5 collegues in their cube which is not what i usually do.
i feel i made a fool of myself there ????? and this feeling is not stop coming to me that i did a stupid thing ?????
can someone help me please ???

you didn't do a stupid thing hun i think it was nice that you thought of them and stepped outta your boundaries for a few minutes to do something for some one else. that takes gut's and i admire you for that. happy holidays to you and your family. and don't ever stop being nice to people. (even if they suck)

If you gave the gifts cause you felt like getting them something...then that was not stupid...if you gave the gifts cause you thought everybody else was gonna do it...then sure, that was!

Happens ALLLL the time....but don't worry about it so much.

Just give it a month or two, not doing anything else in reaction to it, and return to your 'normal' state of mind.....
