Fascism is dictatorship based on overexaggerated nationalism (jingoism). It usually embraces capitolism (of one nation) to an extreme.
Communism is shared property of capital (the means to create goods) overseen by the government. It has never worked on a national scale outside of totalitarian regimes (dictatorships).
Marxism is the philisophical engine behind Communism. It is an economic and social philosophy that espouses the same goals as Comminism (government control of capital) but without espousing the dictatorship that Communism requires on a national scale.
