thats just ingorant, why cant thay make it better than that. can i buy another internet or somthin.

can i run a phone line to my neighbor across the field?

Hi. DSL is probably your best bet for now. It uses your phone line but works at a much higher frequency than voice, so you can do both at once over the same line. Cable is faster but more expensive. In either case you need a modem that your service will provide as part of the bill.

Not a great idea to run a phone line to your neighbors. Lightning, interference, noise, and all that.

You can change your internet line to DSL, or high-speed internet, so that it won't interfere with your phone line. Or, if you don't want to do that, you can just buy a new phone line, so that you can go online with one line, while you're on the phone with another.

yur conecntion sux, contact yur service provier or switch to cable, unless u are on a farm or something, u should be able to get better internet, the days of not being able to use the phone while surfing are long over@!!!! I got telis highspeed enahced and it lets u talk...

they do make internet that doesnt tie up the landline. its called DSL, or you can get another phone line or cable. no, you cant go to your neighbors field, that wont work.

Dialup was the only way to connect years ago! Get out of the stone ages and try DSL or cable broadband!

Because its dial up and it uses your phone line. you can buy dsl or cable for way more money.(you can use ur phone & comp!
