my bf doesnt have anoth money to get hes mum sister or me a gift.i dont mind if i dont get a gift.my bf getting so stressed out over it and he doesnt know what todo.he only lives with hes mum and one sister,he dad lives in germany and doesnt send money over,all hes over family are in china.

Christmas spirit is just FAMILY.
he is giving to his mom and sister much more support than any gift can give.
Gifts are not everything in life..........Love is much more important, and it seems there is so much love in that family,,

I hope your bf realizes he has the best girlfriend...you! You've all ready given him a great answer. Christmas shouldn't become about stressing over gifts. If there's not much money , give a gift of yourself. For instance he could spend some extra special time with his mom or sister doing something special they haven't done in a long time. Well...
Tell him that you and he just won't exchange gifts this year.....that you each are enough of a gift for each other... Then, take the money you would normally spend on a gift for him (or return the gift you already bought him and get your money back) and use that money to help him buy gifts for his family.
This is really a small sacrifice, and likely will not be repeated in future years...... Instead, spend time with your boyfriend, and it will be a special holiday nonetheless.

why does the holidays have to be about giving and giving? what about the gifts u already have? be blessed that you have each other and you have good health. Spending time together is priceless during the holidays! look at all the families wishing that there loved ones fighting in wars would just be home for the holidays. tell him to get real and to get off the whole consumerism hype about the holidays

tell hin not to get stressed about it, nut i dont believe that you wont be dissapointed if you dont get a gift.
Tell him to split what hes got between the three of you and stop moaning about it.
also he should save money so he can do this then he wouldnt need to get so stressed.

if he really was stressed out about being unable to afford pressies he certainly wouldnt be telling one of the people he stressed over. he would do the normal thing and just buy cheaper presents this year and say sorry but i cant afford it. people who care would understand

forget the hype of buying gifts. gifts make shops rich, and they love it. xmas is about family and good memories. so he should make them and you xmas lunch, and have a picnic in the park with you all. if they dont appreciate the gesture of family bonding, they are maggots not worth the wrapping paper around toilet paper. if you dont appreciate this effort, you too are unworthy.

well tell him that he doesnt need to get you s gift .and then if you have extra money you could probly give him some to get prsents for his mom amd sis.but if he gets you a present be happy and repay him in love and kindness .

if you reli love him you do not need material stuff from him so you could the dosnt need to buy you a prezzie. for him mum n sis maybe you could sugest buying them a joint presant from both of you or making them one good luck and hope you both have a great x mas x
