I guess it would depend on the state you live it. All states have different rules when it comes to animals and breeding.

You need a licence to keep reptiles in most states or countries, and it's best that you also get a breeding permit depending on where you're situated.

i have a brother in kentucky, he used to breed them, and sell them, only needed permits to sell them in store's. that is to make sure they are safe and healthy. check with your local pet shop's and SPCA, would be a good start. they will know where and how to get the info you need. good luck with the breeding. merry christmas to you too.

prolly depends on ur state laws but most likely no.

also, check to make sure it's legal to sell them. sometimes you can't in certain states. otherwise you have to sell them some where else or keep all of the babies.

good luck breeding!
