Oh dear, this is such a general question.. Why don't you place a real photo of you and we'll do our best and try to analyze it and then we'll let you know what's the deal. Or describe yourself in few sentences; you gave us nothing to work with..
In most cases, the first thing that "rejects" women/girls is bad looks.. The next thing is your behavior, your manners,.. do you even try or just sit and wait?? Try to be interesting, clever, funny and sexy at the same time. Don't act like a loser, be cool, throw parties, initiate, make them jealous, be friendly, play an instrument or do sports.. you gotta have an interesting hobby (PCs, PlayStation, chess and card games don't count..)

Maybe you are not trying hard enough or maybe you are trying too hard. Just be yourself. Look at your self in the mirror and ask yourself what your strengths and weaknesses are. Magnify your strengths and make it know that you are good at...... (whatever it is) and work on your weaknesses. Just be fun and friendly... someone will notice you one day for who you are.

maybe girls see you as intimidating or unavailable. Put yourself out there in an open manner and girls will come. Remember relationships are about being yourself with another person

You need to meet a number of elligable women, and you need to be available, not just physically, but allow yourself to like and love, and allow yourself to be liked, and loved.
Consider counselling.
Read Dr David Burns "Intimate Connections," $8 in paperback, in which he tells you how to be attractive.
You MUST like and love yourself. It can be worked on.
