I know trust, love, communication, but if you talk to your partner regulary about having children and living together and spending your life together shouldnt you begin behaving like a married couple. What is the diffence in relation to a girlfriend/boyfriend and married couple besides the obvious living together and sharing all responsiblities together. If you want to be married to this person the best way to know you will be good together is to do things like your married, am I right?

OK I have been told many times that this is weird but I am going to share it anyway...My husband and I have been married 27 years...The FIRST thing we discussed before marriage was DIVORCE..yep that is right. We both came from broken homes and wanted to make sure, especially if children were involved, that we had all our ducks in a row. We were scarred very badly from our parents divorces and wanted to make sure that if it did not go well OUR children would not be hurt...Must have worked,,,ours are 26 and 24 and we are doing pretty good. No pressure when you know that the other person just has the best thoughts for you no matter how it goes.

U mean that if u want to marry a person u love, just bcoz it keeps u'll together , then i think ur wrong . People mostly fall in love and then soon want to get married to their partner but i think that they r wrong,.such people don't think about their future, they don't even think about the next. The life Before marriage and After marriage is totally different , before marriage the girl and the boy decide a place to meet , they love each other like mad, they never want their partner to get annoyed with them but after marriage people r in search of their love which i think is really lost after a love marriage.

I think you also want to make sure that you are ready to spend the rest of your life with this person. This needs to be a 100% certainty. Which means you need to be sure you are both deeply in love with each other and are no longer interested in others in any way, shape, or form. That means pining for first loves, the hot neighbor, etc.
