How many days or weeks it takes to get the final judgement for an uncontected divorce. I mean after the 6 months and 1day wait after submitting the joint petition for an uncontested divorce and filing the FL-820 "REQUEST FOR JUDGMENT, JUDGMENT OF
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE, AND NOTICE OF ENTRY OF JUDGMENT"

uh---you answered the question yourself--6 months and a day. Depening on the Judge--you'll need to provide the Final Judgment for the Court to sign off on and then once it's entered, usually the same day it's signed, it's FINAL.

I beleive in destiny but I still think you have to fight to save your marriage. Especially if you have children.
