Meet up @ someone's house and have a small party not anything outta control. Bring snacks, something 2 drink, maybe some virgin daquiris and if u can handle it alcohol daquiris. Listen 2 music, play games, watch the count down and celebrate when the new year comes in.

Go to the movies, go to dinner and hang out.. Go get ice cream and talk about old times..
Lets NOT drink and drive and do all the sorry crap everyone else does get so drunk they dont know where or who they did the next morning..

you could have a small MOCKTAIL party. get some music going and friends together and have mocktails. you could have some cars games or board games going as well. Just have fun and talk about all your fave memories of 2006.

get one of your friends to ask their parents if you guys can have a party at their place, or ask your parents to have it at your place...if they all say no, then i have no idea. im glad i dont have that problem anymore. sorry dude.
