Only with fertility drugs or IVF, and even then you can't determine it to happen everytime.

Invetro Fertilization. Without that you are left with the odds, which are pretty slim unless twins run in your family, or you or your spouse is a twin.

The only way it is possible is to have them in-vitro, but even then you can only hope. But if twins run in your family you are more likely to have them.
