I have a picture and I want to send it from my home computer to my cell phone,,please help!!!

I am not sure with Cingular, but with Verizon and US Cellular you can have an email address assigned to your phone. Go to your local Cingular store and see if they can assign an email address to your cell phone. Once you have one, just use your regular email to send it to your phone. example: 555-555-5555@cingular.com etc. etc.
