some dog treats for the tiny dog
a rawhide chew bone
a rubber ball
a soft bed with a baby blanket since they get cold easily(got one for my own tiny dog)

I have a miniature poodle and if your "child" likes to play get him/her a small stuffed squeeking toy, or even a small rawhide bone (they are usually made to clean teeth nowadays) or even a rope bone. Go to a PetSmart (my fave) or Petco and if you don't know ask someone and they will help you pick out the perfect toy for their little one. You are being a good daddy by wanting to get you baby a gift that they will use.

One of my friends found this like raw-hide card from walmart... and i think he might like it. We too have a chihuahua... I hope my dog likes it. The dog can eat the card. Also, check at your local dog store (such as pet smart) They may have good bones or chew toys. Another thing... most dogs like to get toys, I know mine do!

Valium; and a spay or neuter certificate. Sorry, but I couldnt resist I had a wawa puppy once and she was my sunshine.But she sure had anxiety shivers.
All jokes aside; a nice sweater would be cute.

dog sweaters or tee shirts are cute , or the new shoulder carriers that look like purses, treaties, john paul shampoo for pets from paul mitchell, a big pillow for a bed , a trick mirror so it thinks its bigger (ha.HA)

FOOD!!! you could even MAKE dog treats if you wanted too. Google "how to make dog treats" i came up with a BUNCH of diff sites!!!
