For the most part it is completely safe. You may experience some discomfort in the beginning or throughout the pregnancy while nursing. Pregnancy tends to make your nipples more sore and your nursling might be frustrated with a changing milk supply (taste or quantity) so they are not as gentle or careful as usual. Breastfeeding does cause contractions, but they are no stronger than those from sex...so if your Dr gives you the "ok" to continue having sex (and most will- unless you are bleeding or have a history of multiple miscarriages) you are fine to breastfeed.
I nursed my 20 month old throughout my 2nd pregnancy. The milk supply dropped alot, but since I was only nursing dd #1 1-4 times a day, there was not a huge supply in general. It hurt alot in the first trimester and I'd have to limit the length of her before bedtime session. I do have a history of preterm labor, but I chose to continue nursing. I never felt contractions or pressure while nursing and I doubted my daughter's 10-20 minute nursing session every night could cause much. I made the right decision for our situation.
www.kellymom.com is a great resource. Something to consider would be do you plan to wean your daughter before your new baby arrives? or will you consider/try tandem nursing? There are benefits to both decisions and only you can know what is right. kellymom has alot of good info about tandem nursing too.

Little confused by your additional comments...
Are you asking if its okay to be breastfeeding while you are technically still in your pregnancy term? .. Because once you have your baby you are no longer pregnant.. your body realizes that, and you are ready to nurse your baby.
Or are you asking because you are pregnant again (yikes a 13 year old with 2 kids!!!) in which case, like everyone else said, its normally okay, although if it is for you personally it may produce problems in the long run. Just having a child at such a young age can deprive your growing body of vital nutrients, having children back to back can make it even more so, and an extra strain of producing milk while pregnant just adds to the demand on your body.
If the first scenario is what you are describing.. just one kid a little early and wondering if its okay to nurse.. then yes, most certainly go for it! If your body is able to produce enough, its the best food for the kiddo. Just make sure to eat lots of healthy food and take any and all vitamins your doc recommends.
Either way I am shocked that someone so young got pregnant! I hope you have supportive parents. Good luck with everything and kudos for not aborting!

Its hard on you... Gotta really be conscious of your diet and sleep. Often the milk decreases after the first few months of pregnancy.. a good indication that your body needs to give everything to the new baby developing inside.
I had that happen and weaned my daughter at about 9 months. I'd (unintentionally) gotten pregnant when she was only 6 months old.
My daughter-in-law breast-fed throughout her second pregnancy and even kept on when the second baby was born, nursing her two year old daughter side-by-side with the baby. He was really skinny and undernourished, though... I felt like it was a big mistake. He didn't really start developing well until she weaned both kids and he could get all the calories and nutrients he needed.
Just watch carefully... what works out okay for some people, won't work for others.

Its safe as long as you dont have a history of miscarraige or preterm labor. Reason being breastfeeding releases a hormone into mom's bloodstream that can cause the uterus to contract. If a mom's uterus is especially sensitive to this hormone (i.e., if a mom has had preterm labor or miscarriages before) then breastfeeding MAY trigger the uterus to contract.

It's fine to breastfeed while you're pregnant. Alot of people do it, and it's totally fine for you and the baby.

people try not to get prengnant right after having a child...
anyway that is something you should discuss with your family doctor or OBGYN rather than random strangers on the internet.
