Yahoo might have a glitch that delays the posting of some questions.

Yeah I hate it.. but I belive that it is because it is posted on another page.. there are so many positing at the same time.. unfortunately

Never had that problem. Maybe it's a question that gets asked all the time. Maybe Yahoo! doesn't like you.

It's only happend to me a couple times, I think they proof-read the questions,and decide early on if it is actually a ligament "question"
