Not cold in March. It has never snowed in March when I've been in Vancouver, but I wouldn't call it warm, either. It's usually around 5-10 degrees celcius (anywhere from 40-60 fahrenheit). If it's rainy it tends to feel colder than it actually is. When it's sunny, it is beautiful, though.
