Men have a much more physical mind. Women have a much more emotional mind. We attach meaning to things that don't even cross guys minds. So my guess is the guys you are talking about, probably have no idea about what the meaning should be or what you think the meaning should be of kissing a girl.

Don't really mean what? Kissing is fun, it doesn't always have meaning behind it...it's not a promise of loyalty or an admission of love...it's simply an intimate way to show affection or some just use it for recreation with no other intent...
...but perhaps this belongs in Singles & Dating.
