It starts to warm up around March, about 15 degrees Celsius. Snow is unlikely. It's possible to have a bit of snow in March, but if it did snow, it might be for 1 day and would be melted by morning.

Depends on what you mean by 'cold'. Most Canadians find it warm. Southern Americans would find it cold. Expect temperatures between 5 and 10 °C (40 to 50 °F) with fairly frequent rain. No snow. Bring a raincoat and umbrella.

ok it is pretty warm but not burning up i would say with tempetures about 70 to 100 degrees
