Is it ok to return an unwanted present of tracksuit bottoms if I have the reciept even if they have been worn and have only a few minor skidmarks on the gusset part?

It would depend on the store's return policy where they were originally purchased. Most places will not accept any kind of return after 90 days tops, and a short of minimum of 7 days. Some places only offer exchange or store credit. Some will not accept for an item that shows damage that was not due a manufacturing defect (don't know that "minor skidmarks" a the gusset would be considered a product problem...sounds more like normal wear or improper care/washing of garment).
At minimum, nearly every state law in the US requires that the garment be washed before it is returned.

I had the same problem and to be honest i prefered the mens ones as i didn't like the straight leg and like the tight bottom. If they fit better then why not? I even tell people mine are from the mens section, they don't really care and nor do i :D

Obviously you miss shopping 101. You can't return clothes with skids marks.... Even if you do plead insanity. Why would you were them anyway if they were "unwanted"?!?!

You`re not actually supposed to wear them on your head,obviously if they come into contact with your mouth there are going to be a few skids.I should take them back and plead insanity to the shopkeeper
