It depends on whether alQuaeda would be satisfied with this replacement and end its war on civilization. Or whether the Baathist thugs who formerly ran Iraq would give up their attempts to regain power. Or whether the Sunni muslims would accept that they are a minority and have to live in a democracy and not lord over the Shiites. Or whether Iran and Syria would stop supplying the insurgents with weapons and cash to overthrow the democracy in Iraq that so threatens them.
Methinks it would make no difference to them.
On the other hand, I am sure that if you were replaced by an orangutan, genetically modified or not, it would elevate the intelligence of the questions posed to Yahoo.
