Would I vote for G.W. if he could run again? NO! Have I been unemployed in the last year? YES! Have I been broke and homeless? YES! I think we have all felt a little neglected during his second term. However, It was the American people who elected him. I don't know why everyone has to pi$$ and moan about G.W. Remember WE as consumers dictate our futures because we live in a capitalistic FREE society. People say it's a war on oil. Who cares if it is. Oil makes the world go round. If we have to take out a country for cheap oil let it be done. Sometimes you have to put these countries in check because we are the "King of the Hill". And what happens to the king of the hill? Everyone tries to knock us down. The greatest defence is a good offence. If we all want to whine about everything you'll be the first to go when the $h!t hits the fan. Keep your head up, stand strong, and know that only you can dictate your future not one man that has an oval office.

I don't find Bush particulary skillful in either domestic or foreign policies. Although I thought the initial invasion of Afghanistan was brilliant. Had he committed more than 20,000 troops to Afghanistan, he may have made a real difference in creating a viable government in Afghanistan and quite possibly severly damaged Al Qeada and it's followers.
I think we need to look to 2008 for real leadership. McCain, Guilliani, or Clinton would do a better job than Bush.

Did you know that almost everything that happens (with respect to government decisions) is done by Congress (remember those things called the "house" and "senate"?)??? It makes people feel better if they can blame one person for things that they don't like, but it's almost NEVER correct. Even the war in Iraq was voted on in congress (the President can't declare war...only Congress can do that!). Stop saying Bush this and Bush that, and start placing the blame where it belongs...on ALL of their shoulders!

With the incredible welfare state The US has and all the free give aways to illegals, are we not doing enough for the people in the US. Sometimes you have to take care of yourself especially when you live in the best country in the history of civilization with opportunities never before available to any person. Other countries do not have this available to their population.

Bush is a minion of the oil companies and Cheney is a minion of the defense contractors. Neither has had an independent thought on their own since entering office.

Charity is not always beneficial. Somehow, poor people are convinced to donate thier money and help when they are the ones that really need it. Sure, helping others is a very soulful thing to do, but you shouldn't hurt yourself or your country to do so.
