Umagumma at the BOTTOM.

Pink Floyd Live from Pompeii was the best DVD of them I found.

Agree?

I am very surprised how many people dont like Animals!!! It has such deep meaning, i.e. soundract to "Animal Farm", and indirectly the Bolshevik Revolution!

Their range of styles separates them from almost all other bands. they wrote real "operas"

I do like a few songs off of Ummagumma, namely Careful With That Ax, Eugene. If anything had to be at the bottom, I would put A Momentary Lapse of Reason at the bottom. David Gilmour can play, but Lord help this child's writing! I think that Meddle was one of their greatest albums, silly and serious all at once.

I really need to see Live in Pompeii (I wonder if I'll get that for Christmas...). The only DVD I've seen is PULSE, and that's pretty impressive. So what if it contains a lot of crrrraaaappppppy songs and a few good ones? The light show is about like an acid trip without all of the side effects.

And you can't help but laugh at the name Ummagumma. Heh, Ummagumma. You'll only get it when you know what it means.

My list goes:
Meddle
Works (great early work compilation)
Wish You Were Here
Animals

4. Animals
5. Wish You Were Here.

Animals and The Wall in my opnion, is Pink Floyd at their peak. That period made Pink Floyd into what it stands for today. Animals is the most underated classic rock album of all time. The problem is it is being compared to some of the BEST albums of all time.

The Pompeii video was the first I ever heard from them, I love it.
I still watch it like once a week. All except madamoiselle knobs...

Odd that people don't like Animals. That's my first pick, though I have to admit Dark Side and Wall are, artistically, better albums.

I like them all equally and would never judge one over another as they all have such unique qualities about them.

I'd rank the wall #1 but otherwise, agreed.
