Its definately "Living for the weekend" by Hard Fi. It was released in 2005 and is part of the Stars of CCTV album. Youre probably curious about this great song because you might have heard it in the Carling advert with birds flying.

Um, by that description, haven't got the foggiest, but two that spring to mind if your tune happens to be a bit old would be The Smith's, I would go out tonight, or Supergrass's If you want to go out, Just my two penneth.
